١٧٣٦ - الشيخ الفاضل الخطاب بن أبي القاسم الرومي القراحصاري الإمام زينُ الدين *. ذكره ابن طولون في حرف الحاء المهملة فيمن اسمه حيدر، والصحيح أنه الخطّاب، كما هنا. وقال: له "شرح على الكنز"، و"شرح على المختار"، و"شرح على المنار"، قال: وقد وقفت عليها بـ "دمشق".وقال الشيخ قاسم: له "شرح المنظومة" في مجلّدين، فرغ منه في صفر، سنة سبع عشرة وسبعمائة، وكان قد ورد "دمشق"، ثم رجع إلى بلاده. قلت: نسبته إلى "قره حصار"، مدينة بـ "الروم"، بينها وبين "قسطنطينية" عشر مراحل، ذكره أحمد بن يوسف الدمشقي في "أخبار الدول وآثار الأول". * * *
