    ١٦٩٠ - الشيخ الفاضل حيان بن بشر بن المخارق، أبو بشر القاضي *.تفقّه على أبي يوسف، وسمع منه الحديث، ومن هشيم بن بشير. وروى عنه محمد بن عبدوس بن كامل، وأبو القاسم البغوي. ذكره الخطيب في "تاريخ بغداد"، قال: وكان ولي القضاء بـ "أصبهان" في أيام المأمون، ثم عاد إلى "بغداد"، فأقام بها إلى أن ولاه المتوكّل على اللَّه قضاء "الشرقية"، وكان من جملة أصحاب الحديث. قال أبو نعيم: توفي سنة ثمان وثلاثين ومائتين، وقيل (¬١): سنة سبع. واللَّه تعالى أعلم. * * *
