    ١٥٤٢ - الشيخ الفاضل حسونة بن عبد اللَّه النواوي الأزهري *. فقيه، مصرى. ولد في "نواي" من قرى "أسيوط" بـ "مصر" سنة ١٢٥٥ هـ، وتعلم في الأزهر، وتولى تدريس العلوم الشرعية في مدرسة الحقوق المصرية، وتنقل في مناصب القضاء، ثم ولي إفتاء "الديار المصرية"، ومشيخة الجامع الأزهر مرّتين ١٣١٣ هـ - ١٣١٧ هـ، و ١٣٢٤ - ١٣٢٧ هـ. له كتب، منها: "سلم المسترشدين في أحكام الفقه والدين". توفي في "القاهرة" سنة ١٣٤٣ هـ. * * *
