    ١٥١٢ - الشيخ الفاضل الحسن بن محمد، بدر الدين، أبو محمد الشهير بالبشتاكي، مفتي دار العدل بـ "حلب" *. هكذا ذكره قاضي القضاة علاء الدين في "تاريخه"، وقال: ذكره شيخنا أبو محمد ابن حبيب في "تاريخه"، فقال: فاضل في لسانه عجمة، وله حظّ أطْلَعَ السعدُ نجمَه، وعارف عنده تودّد، وفيه لين يمنعه عن التشدّد. أقام بـ "القاهرة" حينًا من الزمان، ثم ورد إلى "حلب" منخرطًا في سلك الأعيان، واستقرّ عاليًا قدره، مضيئًا بأفقها بدره. وباشر بعد وظيفة الإفتاء تدريس "الجردبكية"، واستمرّ إلى أن أمضى الردى فيه سطوته المليكية. توفي بـ "حلب" سنة اثنين وسبعن وسبعمائة، عن نيّف وستين سنة، رحمه اللَّه تعالى. * * *
