١٤٨٢ - الشيخ الفاضل الحسن بن علي بن المثنى الهيتي أبو علي* *.قرأ على قاضي القضاة، وولي القضاء بـ"هيت". قال الهمذاني: وسمعت قاضي القضاة الحسن يثني على حفظه لمذهبهم، وكان جميل الطريقة كريمًا. قتله النمريون بـ"هيت" في شهر ربيع الأول، سنة ستّ وتسعين وأربعمائة. وولي بعده القضاء أبو الحسن على ولده، الآتي ذكره في بابه. * * *
