١٤٦١ - الشيخ الفاضل الحسن بن شيبان بن الحسن أبو محمد الحلبي*. قال ابن النجّار: أحد فقهاء الحنفية. وأبوه شيبان بن الحسن، يأتي إن شاء الله تعالى. شهد عند قاضي القضاة أبي الحسن علي بن محمد الدامغاني، في الخامس والعشرين من شعبان، سنة تسع وثمانين وأربعمائة، فقبل شهادته، وسمع الحديث من أبي الغنائم محمد بن علي بن أبي عثمان، وغيره. ومات - رحمه الله تعالى - شابًا، لم يرو شيئًا. ذكر أبو الحسن الهمذاني أنه توفي سنة ثلاث وتسعين وأربعمائة، ولم يبلغ الثلاثين، وكان من أحسن الناس وجهًا، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
