    ١٤٥٨ - الشيخ الفاضل حسن بن سلامة بن ساعد أبو علي الفقيه من أهل "منبج"، قدم "بغداد"، واستوطنها إلى حين وفاته*. تقدّم ولده أحمد، ويأتي ولده يحيى، وولده علي، ثلاثة إخوة، علماء فضلاء. تفقّه صاحب الترجمة على قاضي القضاة الدامغاني، حتى برع في الفقه، ودرس، وشهد عند قاضي القضاة المذكور، وولي القضاء بنهر عيسى، وسمع الشريف أبا نصر الزينبي، وأبا طاهر أحمد بن الحسن الكَرَجي، وغيرهما. وروى عنه أبو القاسم ابن عساكر في "معجم شيوخه"، وتفقّه عليه ابنه أحمد المذكور.وكان إمامًا، مُفنّنا، مُدرّسًا، له يد باسطه في المتفق، والمختلف، والمفترق. مات سنة ثلاث وثلاثين وخمسمائة، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
