    ١٤٥٣ - الشيخ الفاضل الحسن بن داود بن رضوان، أبو علي الفقيه السمرقندي*. درس الفقه بـ "نيسابور" على أبي سهل الزجاجي، وسمع "السنن" لأبي داود، من ابن داسة. قال الحاكم في "تاريخ نيسابور": وكان أحد الفقهاء الكوفيين المقدّمين في النظر والجدل، وخرج إلى "العراق"، وأقام بها يسمع ويتفقّه، ثم انصرف إلى "نيسابور"، ودرّس الفقه، وبنى بها مدرسة. قال الحاكم: وأقام معى مدّة. وتوفي، رحمه الله تعالى، يوم الاثنين، التاسع عشر من رجب، سنة خمس وتسعين وثلاثمائة.
