    ١٤٣٥ - الشيخ الفاضل الحسن بن بشر بن القاسم أخو الحسين، وسهل، اللآتي كل منهما في بابه، إن شاء الله تعالى*. تفقه على أبيه بشر، وروى عنه. كنيته أبو علي، النيسابوري، قاضي نيسابور، أحد من أفتى من أصحاب أبي حنيفة بنيسابور. تفقّه على الحسن بن زياد اللؤلؤي. ورحل إلى ابن عيينة ووكيع، وغيرهما. وسمع بـ "مصر" من عبد الله بن صالح، كاتب الليث. مات سنة أربع وأربعين ومائتين، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
