    ١٤٣٣ - الشيخ الفاضل الحسن بن أيوب، أبو علي، الرمجاري، النيسابوري* *.أحد من تفقّه عند أبي يوسف القاضي. سمع هشيمًا، وابن عيينة. ذكره الحاكم، في "تاريخ نيسابور"، وقال: شيخ قديم من قدمائنا، من أصحاب أبي حنيفة، رضى الله تعالى عنه، كانت رحلته إلى أبي يوسف القاضي مع بشر بن أبي الأزهر القاضي، وأقرانهما. قرأت بخطّ أبي عمرو المستملي، حدّثنا خشنام، حدّثنا الحسن بن أيوب الفقيه، ثقة من أهل العلم، وكان ينزل "رمجار". كذا في "الجواهر". * * *
