١٤٢٩ - الشيخ الفاضل الحسن بن إسحاق بن نبيل، أبو سعيد النيسابوري ثم المعري قاضي معرة النعمان * *. أصله من "نيسابور". سمع بـ "مصر" من النسائي، والطحاوي، وسمع بـ "حلب"، و"الكوفة"، و"الري". ذكره ابن العديم في "تاريخ حلب"، وقال: له كتاب "الرد على الشافعي فيما خالف فيه القرآن"، وكان يذهب إلى قول الإمام أبي حنيفة، وإنه بقي قاضي "المعرة" أربعين، يعزل، ويعود إليها. * * *
