١٤٠٦ - الشيخ الفاضل حسام الدين الفتح بوري، أحد الفقهاء المبرّزين في الفقه والأصول *. قرأ على القاضي عبد المقتدر بن ركن الدين الشريحي الكندي، وأخذ عنه الطريقة، ثم خرج من "دهلي" في فتنة الأمير تيمور، فرحل إلى "فتح بور" قرية جامعة من "أوده" (¬١)، وسكن بها.أخذ عنه الشيخ بدهن العلوي البهرائجي (¬١)، وخلق آخرون. قال اللاهوري في "خزينة الأصفياء": إنه مات في سنة ثمانمائة، وقال السيّد الوالد في "مهر جهان تاب": إنه مات في عهد إبراهيم الشرقي ما بين أربع وثمانمائة وأربع وأربعين وثمانمائة، والله أعلم. * * *
