١٣٢١ - الشيخ الفاضل المفتي جمال الدين بن عبد الله بن صابر الهاشمي السورتي، أحد العلماء المبرّزين في الفقه والأصول*. ولد، ونشأ بمدينة "سورت"، وتفقّه على والده، وولي الإفتاء والقضاء بعده، فاستقلّ به مدّة، ثم اعتزل عنه، وعمّر أوقاته بالإفادة، والعبادة. مات لثلاث عشرة خلون من جادى الآخرة سنة ستّ وأربعين ومائتين وألف، كما في "حقيقة سورت". * * *
