١٢٧٨ - الشيخ الفاضل جعفر بن أحمد بن إسماعيل بن شهريل، أبو محمد الإستراباذي*. رحل وسمع، وذكره أبو سعد الإدريسي في "تاريخ إستراباذ"، وقال: كان من فقهاء أصحاب أبي حنيفة، حسن الطريقة فيهم، وكان يعرف بالزهد والعبادة، وحدّثنا عنه جماعة.قال: ومات سنة اثنتين وعشرين وثلاثمائة. وذكره السهمي أيضًا في "تاريخ جرجان"، وقال: كنيته أبو محمد، وربما نُسب إلى جدّه. فيقول: جعفر بن شهريل، روى عن عمّار بن رجاء، وإسحاق بن إبراهيم، وجعفر بن أحمد بن بهرام، وجماعة من أهل "إستراباذ"، و"جرجان"، كتب بـ "مكّة" عن سعيد بن عبد الرحمن المخزومي، روى عنه أبو أحمد بن عدي. * * *
