١١٤٣ - الشيخ الفاضل بشر بن القاسم بن حمّاد بن عبد ربّه، أبو سهل الفقيه، السلمي، الهروي، النيسابوري المعروف ببشرويه *.والد الحسن، والحسين، وسل، قضاة "نيسابور"، وفقهاء أصحاب أبي حنيفة بها، وسيأتي كلّ منهم في بابه، إن شاء الله تعالى. سمع بشر مالك بن أنس، والليث بن سعد، وابن لهيعة، وشريك بن عبد الله القاضي، وحمّاد بن زيد. روى عنه بنوه الثلاثة المذكورون، وأيوب بن الحسن، في آخرين. مات في آخر ذي القعدة، من سنة خمس عشرة ومائتين، وقبره في مقبرة الحسين بن معاذ. قاله في "الجواهر"، نقلًا عن الحاكم. * * *
