١١٤١ - الشيخ الفاضل بشر بن أبي الأزهر القاضي، واسم أبي الأزهر يزيد النيسابوري، وكنيته أبو سهل *. تفقّه على أبي يوسف، وسمع ابن المبارك، وابن عُيينة، وأبا يوسف، وشريكًا، وابن وهب، في آخرين. روى عنه الإمام على ابن المديني، ومحمد بن يحيى الذهلي. ذكره الحاكم في "تاريخ نيسابور"، وقال: من أعيان الفقهاء الكوفيين، وأديانهم، ومفتييهم، وزهّادهم. مات ليلة الأربعاء، السادس من رمضان، سنة ثلاث عشرة ومائتين. -رحمه الله تعالى-. * * *
