    ٩٩١ - الشيخ الفاضل إله داد، الأمروهوي، أحد العلماء المشهورين *. ذكره البدايوني، وقال: إنه كان عالما، خفيف الروح، مزاحا بشوشا، مليح البحث، حلوّ الكلام، حسن المحاضرة، غير محافظ على آداب الشرع، ولم يكن في زيّ العلماء، وكان كثير المجون والفكاهة، دخل في الجندية في عهد أكبر شاه. ومات سنة ثلاث وتسعين وتسعمائة في السفر، فدفن بـ "سيالكوت" (¬١)، ثم نقل جسده إلى "أمروهه". * * *
