٨٤١ - الشيخ الفاضل أسعد بن حلمي (أبي بكر) الأسكداري الحسيني *. فقيه من علماء الحنفية. هو جدّ بني الأسعد (الأسرة المعروفة في المدينة المنوّرة) أصله من أسكدار (في تركيا). ومولده سنة ١٠٥٠ هـ، ووفاته سنة ١١١٦ هـ بـ "المدينة المنوّرة".تعلم بها وقام برحلات إلى "مصر" و"الشام" و"بلاد الروم"، فأخذ عن علمائها. واشتغل بالتدريس في المسجد النبوي نحو أربعين عاما. وولي الإفتاء بـ "المدينة"، له "الفتاوى الأسعدية في فقه الحنفية" مجلّدان، رتّبه أحد تلاميذه على أبواب الفقه (¬١). * * *
