٧٠٤ - الشيخ الفاضل أحمد القلانسي، الإمام *. قال في "خُلاصة الفتاوى" في مجموع النوازل: سئل الشيخ الإمام عن مَنْ ضرب امرأته، وقال: دوداد طلاق. قال: لا تُطلق. وسئل الإمام أحمد القلانسي، عن مَنْ وكز امرأته، وقال: إنك طالق، ثم وكزها ثانية، وقال: إنك دو طلاق، ثم وكزها ثالثًا، وقال: (سِه طلاق). قال: تُطلق ثلاثًا. وشيخ الإسلام يقول: سمى الضرب طلاقًا، فبطل، والإمام أحمد: سمّى الطلاق، فيقع. قوله: دُو دَاد يعني هذا، وقوله: إنك [يعني] (¬١) هذا طلاق، وقوله: دُو، يعني اثنين، وقوله: سه. يعني ثلاثًا.كذا نقلتُ هذه الترجمة من "الجواهر". * * *
