٦٧٢ - الشيخ الفاضل أحمد بن يحيى بن أبي يوسف يعقوب بن إبراهيم القاضي * *. ولي القضاء بـ "مدينة السلام"، بعد ابن أبي العنبس الكوفي. قال طلحة (¬١) بن محمد بن جعفر: واستقضى أحمد بن يحيى بن أبي يوسف، سنة أربع وخمسين ومائتين، وكان متوسّطًا في أمره، شديد المحبّة للدنيا، وكان صالح الفقه على مذهب أهل "العراق"، ولا أعلمه حدّثبشيءٍ، ثم عزل، (¬١) واستقضى ثانية، وعُزل، وولى "الأهواز"، ثم توجّه إلى "خراسان"، فمات بـ "الري"، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
