٦١٠ - الشيخ الفاضل أحمد بن محمد، شهاب الدين المتيني *. قال الخزرجي: كان فقيهًا، جوادًا، على مذهب الإمام أبى حنيفة، عارفًا بالنحو، والفرائض، وقراءة القرآن للسبعة القراء، وكان ديّنًا، خيّرًا، حسن السيرة. أخذ الفقه عن الفقيه أبي زيد، وكذا الفرائض عنه أيضًا. وكان مدرّسًا في "مدرسة ابن الجلاد"، وناظرًا، إلى أن توفي في سنة تسعين وسبعمائة، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
