٥١٧ - الشيخ الفاضل أحمد بن محمد بن سماعة *.تفقّه على والده، وتخرّج به. وكان من أهل الدين، والعلم، والعمل، قريب الشبه بأبيه، عفيفًا في نفسه. وولى القضاء بـ "مدينة المنصور"، وكان محمود السيرة. ولم يزل قاضيًا إلى أن صرف بإبراهيم بن إسحاق بن أبي العنبس الزهري الكوفي. توفي سنة ثلاث وخمسين ومائتين. رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
