٤٤٦ - الشيخ الفاضل أحمد بن أبي المؤيّد المحمودي، النسفي، أبو نصر *. كان إمامًا جليلًا، فاضلًا، زاهدًا، أعجوبة الدنيا، وعلامة العلماء. مصنّف "الجامع الكبير المنظوم"، في فروع الفقه الحنفي، أتمّه في المحرّم سنة ٥١٥ هـ، وهو في مجلّد، و"شرحه" في مجلّدين، رأيت بخطّ ابن طولون، أن كلّ باب منه قصيدة، وأن له قصيدة في أصول الدين. وبيت المحمودية بـ "مرو" مشهور بالعلم، وهذه النسبة إلى بعض أجداد المنتسب إليه، رحمهم الله تعالى. كان حيا ٥١٥ هـ. * * *
