٣٩٨ - الشيخ الفاضل أحمد بن علي بن أحمد الكوفي البغدادي، أبو طالب، فخر الدين ابن الفصيح * *.فاضل، من فقهاء الحنفية. ولد سنة ٦٨٠ هـ. له نظم ونثر. أصله من "الكوفة"، وانتقل إلى "بغداد"، وتصدّى للإفتاء والتدريس بـ "دمشق"، وتوفي فيها. من كتبه ""نظم الكنز" فقه في "جامعة الرياض"، عن المدينة (الفيلم ٤٥) باسم "مستحسن الطرائق في نظم "كنز الدقائق" ٥٠ ورقة. ومنه نسخة ثانية في الأزهرية، و"نظم السراجية" في الفرائض، و"نظم المنار" ٩٠٣ أبيات، في أصول الفقه، في المكتبة العربية بـ "دمشق" في أصول الفقه. توفي سنة ٧٥٥ هـ. * * *
