١٠٠ - الشيخ الفاضل إبراهيم بن علي بن أحمد بن يوسف بن إبراهيم، المعروف بابن عبد الحق الواسطي (¬١)، الدمشقي،(أبو إسحاق، برهان الدين)، قاضي القضاة * كان عالما، فقيها، محدّثا. وُلِدَ ٦٦٨ هـ، وتوفي ٧٤٤ هـ بـ "دمشق". وضع شرحا على "الهداية" في فروع الحنفية، واختصر "البيهقى" في خمس مجلّدات، و "كتاب التحقيق" لابن الجوزي، ووضع كتابا في الفروع الفقهية، سمّاه "المنتقى"، وله "نوازل الوقايع". * * *
