    ١٣٨٤ - أبو الرحال الطائي الكوفي اسمه عقبة قال ابن حبان: أبو الرحال عقبة بن عبيد الطائي يخطئ كثيرًا، يروي عن أنس ما ليس من حديثه، لا يعجبني الاحتجاج بخبره إذا انفرد، يتقى حديثه من رواية يزيد بن بيان المعلم عنه، وقد روى عن الكوفيون، ويحيى القطان يروي عنه شيئًا يسيرًا للاعتبار لا للاحتجاج به (¬٤). قال الدارقطني: عقبة بن عبيد الكوفي ليس به بأس (¬٥).
