٤٦٩ - سوار بن داود أبو حمزة المزني البصري قال ابن معين: سوار البصري روى عنه وكيع، ليس بشيء، كان وكيع يقلب اسمه يقول: أبو حمزة مشهور (¬١). قال البزار: سوار أبو حمزة لم يكن بالقوي، وقد حدث عمه كثير من أهل العلم (¬٢). قال ابن حبان: داود بن سوار المدني أبو حمزة قليل الرواية ينفرد مع قلته بأشياء لا تشبه حديث من يروي عنهم، روى عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده عن النبي ﷺ قال: "مروا صبيانكم بالصلاة إذا بلغوا سبعًا واضربوهم عليها إذا بلغوا عشرًا وفرقوا ليهم في المضاجع، وإذا زوج أحدكم أمته عبدًا أو أجيرًا فلا ينظر إلى ما فوق الركبة دون السرة" (¬٣).
