    ٢٢٣٥ - محمد بن عون مولى أم يحيى بنت الحكم: لم أعرفه. "هداية الرواة" (٢/ ١٤٨)، "المشكاة" (١/ ٤٧٨). وقال في "الإِرواء" (٣/ ١٣٧): هو وأبوه لم أجد من ترجمهما، والغالب في مثلهما الجهالة. قال الدريني: من رجال الحاكم في "المستدرك"، ترجمه الشيخ مقبل ﵀ في كتابه (٢/ ٢٧٢ رقم ١٤٩٢)، وذكر أَن البخاري ترجمه في "التاريخ الكبير" (١/ ١٩٧)، وابن حبان في "الثقات" (٧/ ٤١١) أ. هـ. المراد منه. وقال الإِمام أحمد عنه في "العلل" (٣/ ٢١٣): "هذا رجل معروف". وقال الدارقطني في "سؤالات البرقاني" (رقم ٤٥١) عنه: "مديني ثقة، يحدث عن أبيه"، والحمد للّه رب العالمين.
