    ١١٧١ - عبد الله بن سيار مولى بني طلحة بن عبيد الله القرشيين: كنت خرجت هذا الطريق من رواية أحمد، لكن وقع فيها ابن سيار هذا (عبيد الله) مصغرًا، فلم أعرفه، ولا عرفه الحسيني، ولا العسقلاني، فكشفت لنا رواية ابن راهويه هذه أنه تحرف اسمه عند أحمد، وأن الصواب فيه "عبد الله" مكبرًا. أورده ابن أبي حاتم (٢/ ٢/ ٧٦) من رواية مروان هذا [يعني هنا]، والقاسم بن مالك، ولم يذكر فيه جرحًا ولا تعديلًا، وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (٧/ ١٧). "الصحيحة" (٦/ ٤٨٨ - ٤٨٩). قال الدريني: هو المتقدم (رقم ١١٦٩) باسم: (عبد الله بن سنان أو يسار)، فانظره.
