أبو نصر المحب، من مشايخ الصوفية. ذكر لي أبو نعيم الحافظ أنه بغدادي، وقال: قال لي أبو الحسن بن مقسم: كان أبو نصر ذا فتوة وسخاء، ومروءة وحياء.أخبرنا أبو نعيم، قال: أخبرني جعفر الخلدي في كتابه إلي قال: سمعت أبا العباس بن مسروق قال: اجتزت أنا وأبو نصر المحب بالكرخ، وعلى أبي نصر إزار له قيمة، فإذا نحن بسائل يسأل ويقول: شفيعي إليكم محمد ﷺ فشق أبو نصر إزاره وأعطاه النصف، ومشى خطوتين وقال: هذا نذالة فانصرف إليه وأعطاه النصف الآخر. ٧٧١٨ -
