عمر بن الصياح بن عمر بن علي أبو حفص. نزل الرقة، وحدث بها عن سفيان بن عيينة. رَوَى عنه الحسين بن عبد الله القطان الرقي. أخبرنا الأزهري، والحسن بن محمد بن عمر النرسي، قالا: أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله بن القاسم الدهان، قال: حدثنا أبو علي محمد بن سعيد الحراني، قال: عمر بن الصياح بن عمر بن علي البغدادي كنيته أبو حفص، مات بالرقة سنة سبع وثلاثين ومائتين. ٥٨٦٣ -
