أحمد بن العباس بن محمد بن سليمان بن محمد بن إبراهيم الإمام بن محمد بن علي بن عبد الله بن العباس بن عبد المطلب، أبو بكر الهاشمي.كان إليه أمر الإمامة في الصلاة بالحرمين والبصرة، وغيرها من الأمصار، والإفاضة بالناس في الحج، ثم تقلد مضافا إلى ما ذكرناه صلاة الجمعة بجامع الرصافة في سنة سبع وثلاثمائة، ذكر ذلك إسماعيل بن علي الخطبي فيما أنبأني إبراهيم بن مخلد أنه سمعه منه. ٢٤١٢ -
