أحمد بن عثمان بن الفضل أبو بكر الربعي المقرئ المعروف بغلام السباك. سكن دمشق، وأقرأ بها القرآن، وكان قرأ بحرف أبي عمرو بن العلاء من طريق اليزيدي على أبي علي الحسن بن الحسين الصواف، وعلى أبي علي الحسن بن الحباب الدقاق، وقرآ جميعا على أبي عمر الدوري، وقرأ أبو عمر على اليزيدي. قرأ على غلام السباك علي بن داود، وأبو محمد بن أبي نصر الدمشقيان، وتمام بن محمد الرازي. وذكر لي عبد العزيز بن أحمد أنه مات في سنة خمس وأربعين وثلاثمائة. ٢٣٤١ -
