    أحمد بن رضوان بن محمد بن رضوان بن جالينوس، وجالينوس لقب، واسمه أحمد بن إسحاق بن عطية بن عبد الله بن سعد التميمي، ويكنى أحمد أبا الحسين الصيدلاني. سمع أبا طاهر المخلص، وأبا القاسم ابن الصيدلاني، ومن بعدهما.وكان أحد القراء المذكورين بحسن الحفظ، وإتقان الروايات، وضبط الحروف، وله في ذلك تصانيف نقلت عنه، ولم يحدث لأن المنية عاجلته، وتوفي وهو شاب. وقد كان الناس يقرأون عليه في حياة أبي الحسن ابن الحمامي لعلمه وضبطه. وحضرته ليلة في مسجد الجامع بمدينة المنصور، وهو يقرأ في حلقة الإدارة، فختم في تلك الليلة ختمتين قبل أن يطلع الفجر. ومات في جمادى الآخرة من سنة ثلاث وعشرين وأربعمائة. حرف الزاي ٢١٠٧ -
