    أحمد بن إبراهيم، أبو العباس، وراق خلف بن هشام البزار. حدث عن خلف بن هشام، ومسدد، ومحمد بن سليمان لوين، وحفص بن عمر الحوضي، ومسلم بن إبراهيم القعنبي، وأبي حذيفة موسى بن مسعود، ومحمد بن سليمان ابن الأصبهاني، ويحيى ابن الحماني، وخليفة بن خياط، ويحيى بن معين، وسعيد بن محمد الجرمي. روى عنه علي بن سليم المقرئ، وإسحاق بن أبي حسان الأنماطي، وحمزة بن الحسين السمسار، وأبو عيسى بن قطن. وذكر أبو عيسى: أنه سمع منه بسُرَّ مَن رأى في سنة تسع وأربعين ومائتين. وكان ثقة، صنف كتابا في عدد آي القرآن. وذكره أبو الحسين ابن المنادي في قراء مدينة السلام، وقال: كان أحد الحذاق. ١٨٥٦ -
