محمد بن خلف بن محمد بن سليمان بن أيوب، أبو عبد الله النهرديري، يعرف بالقرتائي. سكن الصليق، وقدم بغداد في سنة إحدى وعشرين وأربعمائة، وأملى في جامع المدينة مجلسا، حدث فيه عن أحمد بن عبيد الله بن القاسمالنهرديري، والحسن بن أحمد بن أبي زيد، وأبي شجاع محمد بن فارس البصريين، وغيرهم من أهل البصرة. كتب عنه أصحابنا، ولم أسمع منه شيئا، ولا رأيته.
