١٢٧٦ - عمر بن محمد بن يحيى بن على بن مسلم الزبيدي، أبو حفص بن أبى عبد الله: تقدم ذكر والده، سافر عن بغداد إلى بلاد الجزيرة، وسكن برأس العين، وكان يذكر أنه سمع من أبى بكر محمد بن عبد الباقي الأنصارىّ وعبد الوهاب بن المبارك الأنماطى وأبى الوقت الصوفي وأبى العباس أحمد بن محمد العباسي، وإن مولده في يوم الجمعة غرة صفر سنة إحدى وعشرين وخمسمائة، وحدث هناك بشيء، سمع منه الرجالة والمجتازون، وأخذت لنا منه إجازة، وبلغنا أنه توفى برأس العين في شهر ربيع الأول سنة ثلاث وستمائة.
