١٠٩٢ - عمر بن إبراهيم بن الحسن بن إسحاق، أبو القاسم البرازى: كان من الشهود المعدلين ببغداد، شهد عند القاضي أبى عبد الله الحسين بن هارون الضبي من الرابع في جمادى الأولى سنة إحدى وتسعين وثلاثمائة. وتوفى يوم الأربعاء لليلة خلت من ذى الحجة سنة تسع وتسعين وثلاثمائة، ذكر ذلك هلال بن المحسن الكاتب ونقلته من خطه.
