١٠١٨ - علي بن هبة الله بن علي بن علي بن هبة الله بن علي بن زهمويه، أبو الفتح:وقد تقدم ذكر جده وجد أبيه آنفا، شهد عند قاضي القضاة أبي القاسم عبد الله ابن الحسين الدامغاني في رابع المحرم سنة أربع وستمائة فقبل شهادته، وتولى الإشراف بديوان الجوالي، وخدم في عدة أعمال إلى حين وفاته، علقت عنه شيئا من شعره ولم أجد له سماعا في شيء من الحديث، وكان حسن الأخلاق متواضعا، ذكر أن مولده في سنة خمس وخمسين وخمسمائة، وتوفي ليلة السبت الثامن عشر من المحرم سنة تسع وعشرين وستمائة، ودفن من الغد بباب حرب.
