٧٩٤ - علي بن الحسين بن أحمد بن عبد الله، أبو الحسن الناسخ، المعروف بالأعلم: سمع أبا طالب محمد بن علي بن الفتح العشاري والقاضي أبا المظفر هناد بن إبراهيم النسفي وغيرهما، وكتب كثيرا لنفسه وتوريقا للناس، ولم يبلغني أنه روى شيئا، قرأت بخط أبي علي بن البناء قال: مات الأعلم الناسخ الحنبلي في الصفر من (¬١) سنة إحدى وستين وأربعمائة [﵀].
