٧٠٨ - علي بن ثابت بن علي بن القاسم، أبو الحسن الدرونحالي (¬٣) المقرئ: إمام جامع الرصافة في الصلوات الخمس، وكان يسكن بالحريم الظاهري، كان من عباد الله الصالحين مشهورا بالورع والزهد والعبادة، وكان الناس يعتقدون فيه ويتبركون به ويذكرون عنه كرامات.ذكر عبد الوهاب الأنماطي- ونقلته من خطه- أنه مات في يوم الأحد عاشر ربيع الآخر سنة تسع وعشرين وخمسمائة، ودفن يوم الاثنين ببابحرب.
