٤٢٤ - عثمان بن الحسن بن عثمان بن أحمد بن الحسين بن سليمان بن عبد الرحمن، المعروف بابن الخصيب، أبو عمرو البغدادي: ذكره أبو محمد بن خزرج وقال: قدم علينا إشبيلية في سنة سبع عشرة وأربعمائة فقرأنا عليه، وكان يروي عن أبي طاهر المقرئ البغدادي قراءة عليه بالقراءات السبع، وروى عن جلة البغداديين وغيرهم، وكان مجودا للتلاوة، محسنا عالما بمعاني القرآن،وكان كبير السن جدا، قلت: وقد ذكر الخطيب جده عثمان في التاريخ (¬١).
