٢٩١ - عبيد الله بن أبي البركات بن عبد الله، أبو محمد الرفاء: حدث باليسير عن أبي الحسين علي بن أحمد بن بكار المقرئ، سمع منه القاضي أبو المحاسن عمر بن علي القرشي، سمعت أبا الحسن بن القطيعي يقول: مات عبيد الله ابن أبي البركات الرفاء يوم الجمعة لأربع بقين من ربيع الآخر سنة ثلاث وسبعين وخمسمائة.
