٩٢ - عبد المؤمن بن محمد بن المبارك بن محمد بن محمد بن الخطيب، أبو الفضل: من أهل المدائن، تولى القضاء بها بعد أخيه عبد الحميد الذي تقدم ذكره، ولم يزل على ذلك إلى حين وفاته، وكان شابا أديبا فاضلا متدينا. أنشدني أبو عبد الله محمد بن سعيد الحافظ قال: أنشدني القاضي أبو الفضل عبد المؤمن بن محمد بن المبارك المدائني ببغداد لوالده: لو عشت ما عاش نوح كل جارحة … مني بألف لسان تشكر النعماعجزت عن شكر ما أوليتني كرما … والروض أعجز من أن يشكر الديما سمعت أبا عبد الله الحافظ يقول: توفي عبد المؤمن بن الخطيب بالمدائن في المحرم سنة ثمان وستمائة.
