١٤١٦- وثيمة بن موسى بن الفراد الفارسي الفسوي أبو يزيد كان أصله من فارسي وخرج منها إلى البصرة ثم سافر إلى مصر، وخرج منها إلى الأندلس تاجراً، وكان يتجر في الوشى وصنف كتاباً في أخبار الردة وجوده وعاد من الأندلس إلى مصر وكتب عنه، ذكره أبو سعيد بن يونس في الغرباء، وقال: إنه مات بمصر في يوم الاثنين لعشر خلون من جمادى الآخرة سنة سبع وثلاثين ومائتين قال: وله عقب بمصر إلى الآن منهم وثيمة بن عمارةبن وثيمة بن موسى بن الفرات أبو حذيفة، ولد هو وأبوه عمارة بمصر، سمع من أبيه ومن غيره.
