١٤١٥- وليد بن مسلمة المرادي أبو العباس من شعراء الدولة العامرية ومن شعره في المنصور أبي عامر، وقد رأى زيادة النهر في أيام الزيادة فقال: أما ترى النهر يا منصور كيف طفا ... وعم من جاور العبرين بالضرر وأعجب لجودك لم يفن الورى غرقا ... فيه وقد عم أهل البدو والحضر ما ذاك إلا لأن الجود عنصره ... صاف نمير وهذا بين الكدر وإن عهدي به والنمل تعبره ... إذا تقشع عنه وابل المطر كذا عهدت لئام الناس إن قدروا ... داروا على من دنا منهم من البشر وكم أرى منهم من بعد عزته ... يعود كالكلب من عود إلى حجر والله يبقيك ما غنت مطوقة ... وهزت الريح مخضراً من الشجر
