    مبارك مولى محمد بن عمرو البكري إشبيلي، يكنى: أبا الحسن. كان خيرا فاضلا مجتهدا في العمل الصالح، كثير التلاوة للقرآن، حافظا التفسير، ذا حظٍّ صالح من علم الحديث والرأي، صحيح العقل. روى بالأندلس عن جماعة من الشيوخ وحج سنة ثمان وأربع مائة. ولقي بالمشرق جماعة من الشيوخ وروى عنهم. وتوفي سنة تسع وعشرين وأربع مائة. وهو ابن ثمان وخمسين سنة. ذكره والذي قبله ابن خزرج وروى عنهما.
