١٢٨٣- فضل بن سلمة بن حرير ويقال جرير بن منخل الجهني مولى لهم يكنى أبا سلمة البجاني فقيه مقدم حسن النظر، وله كتاب في اختصار الواضحة وتنبيهات في الفقه، روى عن أحمد بن داود القيرواني، روى عنه أبو مروان خزز بن معصب أو مصعب البجاني وحدث عنه جماعة من أهل قرطبة منهم أحمد بن سعيد وقد ذكرنا له خبراً في ترجمة خلف من باب الخاء، مات سنة سبع وعشرة وقيل سنة تسع عشرة وثلاثمائة.
