    ٧٦٥- سليمان بن أحمد الطنجي أصله من طنجة مدينة بعدوة الأندلس مما يلي البحر في المغرب له رحلة إلى المشرق وتحقق بعلم القراءات وإسناد فيها، شارك أبا الطيب عبد المنعم بن عبيد الله بن غلبون المقرئ، وقرأ معه على عدة شيوخ، وقدم الأندلس، فأقام بالمرية، وقرئ عليه وانتفع به دهراً، ومات بها عن سن عالية، قال الحميدي: وأخبرت عنه أنه كان يقول: زدت على المائة سنين، ذكرها وكانت وفاته قبل الأربعين وأربعمائة.
