    ٧٥١- زياد اللخمي وهو زياد شبطون، وشبطون لقب له وهو زياد بن عبد الرحمن بن زياد بن عبد الرحمن بن زهير بن ناشرة بن لودان بن يحيى بن أحطب بن [عبد] ربه بن عمرو بن الحرث بن وائل بن راشدة بن جذيلة بن لخم بن عدي، أبو عبد الله فقيه أهل الأندلس، على مذهب مالك بن أنس، وفي سماع عبد الرحمن بن القاسم سمعت زياداً فقيه أهل الأندلس وهو يسأل مالكاً، وهو أول من أدخل الأندلس فقه مال كبن أنس وكانوا قبل ذلك على مذهب الأوزاعي، مات زيادة بالأندلس سنة ثلاث وقبل سنة تسع وتسعين ومائة، وقال أبو محمد علي بن أحمد: مات سنة أربع ومائتين.
